HOA, Bylaws, and Covenants | Sunrise View Estates

Protective Covenants have been put in place by Sunrise View Estates to protect members of the community and their investments.

BUILDING RESTRICTIONS:

  • All buildings are subject to the requirements of the Mandan City Building Code.
  • The setback line for construction of a house shall be in conformity with the decision of the Architectural Review Committee and the requirements of the City of Mandan.
  • Single Family Zoned Lots: All lots shall be used solely as residential lots and no structure shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted on any residential building lot other than one (1) detached single family dwelling not to exceed two (2) stories in height, attached one (1), two (2), or three (3) car garage; detached garage or storage building if approved by the City of Mandan.
  • Multi Family Zoned Lots: All lots shall be used solely as residential lots and no structure shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted on any residential building lot other than two (2) or four (4) attached family dwellings not to exceed two (2) stories in height, attached one (1) or two (2) car garage; detached garage or storage building if approved by the City of Mandan.
  • Notwithstanding the above square footage requirements, the minimum and maximum sizes of all dwellings, garages, and other approved structures shall be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Architectural Review Committee, and its decision shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
  • No trailer, shed, tent, shack, garage, barn, or any other outbuildings shall be temporarily or permanently placed on any lot. No modular, manufactured, or mobile homes, temporarily or permanently, may be placed on any lot.
  • No fences shall be constructed except after approval and review by the Committee, and all fences shall be designed and constructed so as to be compatible with the neighborhood. All fences shall be constructed of vinyl, steel or wood materials approved by the Committee.
